TRAINING, REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

Dellner After Sales staff has a broad experience and are ready to assist and support you with technical advice and training programs for your personnel. Once the equipment is in use, you can always rely on Dellner for maintenance and repairs. We supply spare parts for every product we sell ­– or have sold in the past.

Our Gangways are virtually maintenance-free for the first decade of use. For non-train related damages, for instance vandalism, we have practical repair-kits that are easy for your own personnel to use. After about 10 years, we recommend a re-bellowing. Then we replace the bellows and seals and prepare the metal parts of your gangway for reuse. Dellner offer re-bellowing service on every make of gangways, including our competitors’ brands.

As for couplers, we repair and supply parts for all coupler types, including couplers not originally supplied by Dellner. Regardless of what kind of train connection product you need repaired, the work is carried out either at our authorized service facilities around the world, or at your own site to. We take great pride in offering local service globally, since this high train availability for you as our customer.
