By choosing one of three service contracts –Dellner Bronze, Dellner Silver or Dellner Gold Service – you ensure fast and local service and maintenance, enhanced safety and less downtime for your train fleet – at low fixed prices.
Service- and maintenance contracts
Fixed low prices based on a yearly annual purchase volume. Fast delivery and repairs with guaranteed lead-times. We commit to always keep the part you may need in stock for fast delivery.
All the benefits of Bronze (above) plus: yearly check-up on site and the possibility to extended warranty plan.
Our “Fit and Forget”-concept that insures maximum availability of your train fleet. Dellner Gold Service includes all the benefits of Bronze and Silver (above) plus: complete maintenance, 24-hour hotline service and all recommended upgrades.
