Coupler maintenance and overhaul

To get a long lifetime and the full use of the functionality of your Dellner product, it is very important to follow the maintenance manual. Dellner offers various options to perform coupler maintenance and overhaul for all types of couplers and manufactures.

At Dellner we have long experience of design, manufacturing, rebuild, overhaul and repair of couplers of all types and conditions, so your couplers are in good hands with us. Gas-hydraulic dampers

Dellner´s overhaul of Gas-hydraulic dampers increases safety, trainline availability and passenger comfort. The overhaul starts with a full disassembly and examination of one of your dampers – representative for the dampers in service. Our technicians then recommends to which extent the overhaul should be performed. Our overhaul service features a basic step 1-version and a more extensive step 2-version. The step 1 version includes the parts that are most exposed to wear, such as seals and bearings; while the step 2 version also includes other parts with a longer overhaul cycle, such as worn metallic parts.
