Our systems are designed with emphasis on safety, quality and flexibility. Dellner is certified according to IRIS, International Railway Industry Standard, and ISO 9001:2008 by Bureau Veritas. These standards are used as a tool throughout the company.

Dellner certificates can be downloaded below. Our quality system is continuously being developed to meet the changing demands of the transit market. New concepts, methods and processes are thoroughly evaluated before being included into our plants.

The entire concept is based on each customer receiving the exact coupler they need for their specific requirements. A coupler supplied by Dellner automatically fits within the end users standard system and no special adapters are needed for example.

Dellner global service is an assurance for being a reliable business partner; one that monitors everything from design and production to reliable delivery. The global service also includes Customer Service as well as required field service when needed. Customers can rely on Dellner, which as a global company always has service engineers, who can quickly be on site with extensive knowledge and experience.
